Model "LT"

The Model LT fire extinguisher a light weight extinguisher that is almost a pound lighter than others currently available. The compact discharge head design means a smaller overall size. Another feature not found on racing extinguishers is the "swivel" head design. The discharge head can be rotated to align the pull cable, which proves more installation flexibility. The aluminum cylinder is U.S. DOT approved and is capable of being refilled by Safecraft Inc. The discharge head is machined from billet aluminum and is pull cable actuated. The extinguisher will accept two separate discharge lines which allows installation flexibility currently not found in racing fire extinguishers. Model LT extinguishers are available in  5 and 10 pound Halon capacity with other EPA/SNAP agents available. Both sizes come standard in white powder coated cylinder with brushed aluminum anodized head. Polished cylinders are available. Because of our extensive involvement in aircraft fire extinguishers for both commercial and military aircraft, all of our Halon is recycled to the original military specification and confirmed by an independent laboratory. This assures you that each extinguisher is of the highest quality with outstanding dependability.

Model LT extinguishers are available separately for existing installations or in kits that include installation hardware.

Standard pull cable kits include a charged extinguisher, aluminum mount brackets, aircraft "T" bar clamps, 15 foot pull cable, 10 feet of aluminum discharge line, 3 spray nozzles and fittings.

Model "RS"

SafeCraft Model RS extinguishers have features that meet or exceed all sanctioning body requirements. We have designed our extinguisher using the same materials and techniques that we have put into our aircraft fire extinguishers for over 20 years. The aluminum high-pressure cylinder is U.S. and Canadian DOT approved and is capable of being refilled by an authorized distributor. The discharge head is machined from billet aluminum and is designed to be actuated by pull cable, push knob or electrical activation without changing the head. The extinguisher is capable of accepting up to three separate discharge lines that allow installation flexibility currently not found in racing fire extinguishers. All extinguishers are available in brushed or polished finish. Model RS extinguishers are available in 5 and 10  Halon capacity with other EPA/SNAP agents available. Because of our extensive involvement in aircraft fire extinguishers for both commercial and military aircraft, all of our Halon is recycled to the original military specification and confirmed by an independent laboratory.
